Selected participating manufacturers

Express build services are available through selected pneumatic manufacturers and approved cylinder assembly routes. Availability differs by brand, cylinder range and specification.

Cylinder Warehouse will confirm the proposed manufacturer, part number, specification, build timescale and delivery option before the order proceeds.

Cylinders that may qualify

Express build is not the same as same-day delivery

Express build means the cylinder is assembled, configured or manufactured urgently.

Same-day dispatch means the completed cylinder leaves the manufacturer, assembly centre or warehouse on the same working day.

Same-day delivery means a dedicated courier collects the completed cylinder and physically delivers it to the customer on the same day.

These services are separate and will be identified individually on the quotation or order confirmation.

Dedicated same-day delivery

Where the cylinder is completed early enough and the delivery location is suitable, Cylinder Warehouse can arrange a dedicated same-day courier.

Same-day delivery is not included automatically within the cylinder or express-build price unless it is expressly shown on the quotation or order confirmation.

Service confirmation

An express build or same-day delivery service is not confirmed until Cylinder Warehouse has checked the specification, obtained manufacturer or assembly approval, confirmed the courier option and issued written confirmation.

Completion and arrival times remain estimates unless a fixed contractual commitment has been expressly agreed in writing.

Courier support

Dedicated deliveries are carried out by independent courier companies. Once collected, the physical movement of the goods is performed by the appointed carrier and delays can occur outside the direct operational control of Cylinder Warehouse.

Cylinder Warehouse remains the customer’s point of contact. We will monitor the shipment, liaise with the courier and take all reasonable steps to resolve a delay, loss or delivery issue as quickly as possible.

Obsolete or unavailable cylinders

Where the original cylinder is obsolete, discontinued or unavailable, an alternative manufacturer may provide the quickest viable replacement route.

The proposed alternative manufacturer and part number will be identified, and known technical or dimensional differences will be explained before the order proceeds.
