We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items are in original packaging or have never been used.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for change of mind returns.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the actual cost of return shipping.

Damages and Issues (Defective Products)

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, return shipping is completely free. The return shipping cost is GBP 0.00, and the restocking fee is GBP 0.00.

Customer Responsibility (Change of Mind)

If you purchased an item by mistake, no longer need the item, or simply changed your mind, you may return it in accordance with our return policy.

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. The restocking fee is GBP 0.00.

Gift cards are non refundable. Sale items may be returned in accordance with our return policy and applicable consumer rights. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

For a valid consumer cancellation, Cylinder Warehouse will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving satisfactory evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first. The refund will include the price paid for the returned product and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by Cylinder Warehouse for the original order, where required by law.

Refunds are made back to the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise.
